Little to no flop, great crisp, fresh mozzarella, thin charred crust... what more could somebody want? The hot oil is to die for. Anybody giving this place any less than an 8.5 is a Stooge and a Sellaht.

Really good stuff! Perfect after a long day of hiking. I got the Tutto Bene...pepperoni, bacon, red peppers, and goat cheese. I could eat this a few times per week. Seriously! Brick oven. Great ambiance. Fresh beer. All the ingredients of a perfect pie joint!
