Colosseo Restaurant & Pizza

Pretty solid pizza but unfortunately it was wildly oversold by my parents. In the middle of a traditional pie and date pizza but didn’t really go above and beyond in either direction. Solid pie that I would happily have again but not going to change your life.

Super traditional, very thin, easy to eat

No flop, nice crisp but could just be a tiny bit crispier. Oregano coming already on the pizza is a personal plus for me, but could see how it might stir off others if it’s not their bag. Good bubble game on this one along with the crust. Definitely recommend.

Great balance of quality between cheese, sauce and crust. Pies are on small side but it’s good stuff.

Light, good flavor, not too much grease. Could be crisper. Overall solid slice
