Wish this had been a video, but nobody to hold the phone. Was expecting the typical overpriced floppy unbalanced excuse for pizza that this style is usually dominated by in this area. What I got was a fancy Neapolitan pie, thin but with actual crisp underneath, tasty sauce, StC ratio good, all fresh ingredients, a bit too happy with the basil, and if they added any parm, it was done right: didn’t even notice. If fancy pie is your jam, this and del corso in beacon hill lead the pack in Seattle. Not cheap, but here you get what you pay for. Bites
