Good pizza, not blown away

Bar Pie here! Personally, I am not a bar pie guy, so I rank them differently. The crust was extra thin and crispy. There was a small amount of cheese to go along with the size of the pie. The pie was very flavorful, as far as getting filled up, I had to go out for lunch after devouring this bar pie!

Im not sure pizza can conceivably be thinner.

Had higher hopes. Nothing overly tasty.

I was expecting much more.

Man it's been awhile since I've done one these reviews. Figured I'd hit one of Portnoy's favorite places in Jersey to end the year. Drove 35 min for this one and you can tell by my score I left disappointed. It did have great crisp and quality cheese. The ratios did favor the cheese heavily. Sauce did have some decent flavors but it was too watery. Biggest downfall to me was the lack of crust and flavor in the dough. Bar pie isn't my favorite type pie, so I wouldn't recommend you traveling far distances for it. If you are a bar pie lover give it a try if you are in the area. Great place and awesome staff Very thin pizza - you can eat 2 without even realizing it. …way better than Stan Chitchs.

Legit thin crust in North Jersey what’s not to like? Crust is badass, nice and crust. Maybe not as much flavor as Pete and Eldas. Still good.

Wow!! Super thin, great crunch - outstanding flavor and everything you could ask for…worth the trip every time! Don’t miss this one.

Surprised by this fantastic Bar Pie! Usually not my favorite style, but this one has the classic crispy thin crust, but with some character and taste! And the tasty sauce gets equal billing with the appropriately subservient cheese.

One of the best Bar pizza’s… super thin crust, sauce and cheese are great. Good cold and even next day… the Italian food is great too

Tried the cheese and also pepperoni from goldbelly. Super thin crust. Cheese was better than the pepperoni. Nice pizza, I'm sure it's better there and not frozen.

Paper thin crust. Basic sauce and cheese. But it was put together so well. The ratio of cheese and sauce to crust was great and no blemishes on the pizza.

If thin crust is your thing then I recommend.Perfect cheese to sauce ratio even with the toppings no flop or grease. Very tasty worth the ride.

Ultra thin crust that’s tasty. Pizza is super solid just not my thing.

I’m not a big thing crust fan but this pizza did not disappoint. This pizza has a perfect crunch and the sauce to cheese ratio is almost spot on. 10/10 would recommend if you are in the area it is worth the stop.
