Conca D'oro Pizzeria

Conca D’oro Pizzeria is a true hidden gem. I’ve been going here for about 25 years and the quality has never changed. Lou has kept it consistent the whole time and that says everything. Got the sausage and spinach pizza and it was on point. The sausage is the real deal, not that pellet stuff, actual flavorful chunks. The spinach tasted fresh and balanced everything out perfectly. Undercarriage had a nice crisp with a little char, crust had that perfect bite, and the sauce and cheese were dialed in. Nothing greasy, just a clean, really well made pie. 9.5/10 all day. Places like this are hard to find anymore.
