Coney Island Wood Fired Pizza

Disclaimer, this was from their portable oven at the Hoboken Ital Festival. Despite that, still pretty good. Crust was fluffy and tasty. Sauce was delicious. A bit too much cheese, as you can see it was sliding around a bit in the pic. Overall though, pretty solid.

Had a nice white pie with ricotta mozzarella and garlic at the Denville Garlic Fest. Good personal size and soft but firm. Enjoyed it.

We got the margarita and the specialty garlic pie. Was so good we couldn’t even snipe a pick. Margarita was insanely good.

Very good pizza. Dough was slightly floppy. Undercarriage could have used a little more crispiness. Sauce was sweet and tangy. Overall very flavorful.

Margherita pizza. Not my favorite type of pizza. But this is very tasty! Nice sauce. Fresh ingredients. I wish the crust had a little more crisp to it.

I was expecting better, but above average. A bit too floppy (undercarriage)for me, good crust, sauce has a weird taste?
