For the record, this pizza was cooked PERFECTLY. Upsides: Good pizza starts with good dough. It's clear this dough is fresh and made there. Chewy, slightly salty, perfectly toasted, delicious dough.
Downsides: the quantity of cheese was good, but it was like that lower moisture cheese so it was a little tough and not stretchy. Not much sauce on this pizza, either.
All in all, solid pie, will definitely get it again. The worst part is Rail Trail Ale House also has really good pizza and they're right near each other. The rest of the pizza in the surrounding area sucks. Spread out the good pizza, guys! Gotta go back to try the smokehouse attached to it, too.
