Ton of flip...pretty good tomato sauce. Crispy edges, but a little soft in the middle. Probably call it a little better than average...reminds me a little of store bought pizza you’d cook at your house.

Always thin, always crispy. Never once had a floppy pie. Great sauce. Kind service. Highly recommend for those into cracker-style crust

This is it. I live in Florida but go home 2 times a year for this. For as long as I can remember The Congress (Congo) has been the only pizza to get back home. Worth the drive, flight, boat ride. This is as close to a 10 you will find. ONLY down side is you can house a whole pie by yourself so grab a couple.
