Hot like a sombitch and dripping with the oils (after hitting the dance floors) that singes the tongue on first bite. Roni tad spicy like my women and the sausage was plump and flavorful. Crust was a bit like a flat burnt cracker and coulda used a lil howyadoins

Okay, but not in the 8’s. Too much cheese, floppy and the classic flavorless, dry NJ crust. Wood or coal fire would probably improve it

Definitely overrated in my opinion, flavor is unusually sauce dominant as opposed to the usual cheese dominance. Good crunch in the crust and a bit floppy towards the front
