Surpassed my expectations! A really good thin crackery crust. Would highly recommend.

As someone who takes pride in tasting and judging pizza, this was outstanding. Worth the trip to Princeton!

Fire pizza. Traditional bar style. Crispy undercarriage, cooked cheese basically inhaled this shit. It was that good.

The pizza was very good but left a bit to be desired on the crunchiness of the dough of he pizza. Cheese was a bit to much but besides that the sauce and everything else was great.

Crust didn’t have any flavor nor did the sauce. I was disappointed with this pie overall. On the other hand, it was very crispy and cheesy.

Good solid bar pie! Got a plain and sausage and onion!

Pizza was just okay. Maybe we got a bad one. No way this gets an 8.9. Looks fantastic but the taste reminded me most of a Tombstone grocery store pizza.

Went here while traveling through NJ for work. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. My bartender recommended pepperoni and garlic. I was blown away with how light and crispy the pie was. I just had a cold slice and the crust is still crispy. Can’t wait to go back.

Great crust, good sauce, and cheese. Super airy and light making me not feel like crap after a few slices. Solid pizza for sure

Loved the place, the vibe, the fact it was packed by 5:00pm in a rainstorm… I just did not love the pie. So much on the verge of greatness, but lacked crisp, lacked flavor, lacked pop. A Princeton classic no doubt but give me the ‘Knights every time.

Overall a good pie, could cook it a bit more. Great cheese and sauce.
