Coop's Pizza

Great sauce, firm undercarriage, great pie in general.

No flop. Nice undercarriage. Unique crust. Solid slice of pie.

Ordered multiple pizzas with family. Little tang in sauce Cheese had lots of flop (Midwest style) I'd give the cheese a 6.1, but the other ones with toppings got cooked longer or in hotter part of oven and had a good undercarriage with little to no flop and good crunch. Rating the one in picture since I ate over half of it.

Not a traditional cheese for my very first one bite review but we selected a pepperoni and banana pepper based on a server recommendation. Being from the Chicagoland area and also the East Coast, pizza has a lot to live up to. This pizza came out piping hot, an A plus in my book. It was cheese heavy which I'm more of a sauce forward gal. There was a nice bite to the crust and the flavors were married together nicely. It was a unexpected surprise. I would give the rating a solid 6 based on pizza experiences. I would come back again next time I'm in town.

Crust really carries the pizza. Cheese was really greasy. Sauce was good. If the cheese was not as greasy could have given a 7.4. However, rating this against local pizza I would give it a Wisconsin 8.

Unless you like heartburn and the feeling of liquid spraying from your backside...
