Copaneazi’s Pizzeria Downtown

The bake was good except for lots of carbon (burnt sauce, not typical char) on the rim which was a negative experience. No flop. Good amount of toppings. The sauce was not prevalent, and tasted basic when you could taste it. The toppings were the most enjoyable part of the pizza. Needs more base cheese in my opinion, the "decorational" cheese didn't cut it. Overall, needs work, but is not bad.

I ordered “The Squatcher” which is the cheese , this one is my lady’s. The sauce tasted like ragu, the cheese was honestly pretty good and the crust tasted like when you broil the pizza in the oven for too long. 6.8

This is by far one of our favorite pizza places in Tulsa. Yummy sauce and perfect crust. Love the downtown vibe, service is always good.

the cheese on this pizza had killer pull to it. Great char on the crust. Undercarriage was cooked nicely. Sauce was on the sweeter side but was fine. The dough was a Neapolitan style it was super airy and light. score of 6.8
