Coppa Enoteca

High-quality, just a little bit off the mark in terms of what I’m looking for. A rich cheese blend and dense dough. Didn’t really taste the sauce.

Excellent crust, almost no flop at all, and a sprinkle of parm on top to seal the deal. Absolutely excellent.

Very light pizza with a good crust. The sauce is sweet with a little tangy taste
