There’s some light char from the oven, but then there’s just plain burnt. The pizza was almost an edible because of it. I feel as though Coratti’s just really needs to get some good training in and some quality workers. I understand it’s hard to find that with our current situation here in Michigan, but it needs to happen if longevity is going to. I really try and to support and like this place. I think it's my 5th time.
