There's good and bad about Corkys. The good is it tastes good - really tasty sauce and quality ingredients. They use a brick oven so you get that nice flavor and char. Bad part is the flop. Like, super floppy. If the crust had a little crunch it would be in the 8's. 7.5, that's a review...

Great under carriage, nice and crispy. It did have some flop but I went heavy on the pepperoni. Best pizza in DFW that ive found so far.

It’s been my favorite pizza for several years. Incredible flavor and crisp. The sauce is unique and just amazing. I love the burnt edges. This is NOT your run of the mill, generic, shopping center pizza. This is some good unique CT style pizza.

It was a good slice of pizza. Its coal fire oven and it put that awesome burnt on that crust.

Definitely had some flop, would of liked it to be crispier on the bottom. It was a solid pizza. I liked it way better than the meat lovers. I like chard on my pizzas but this was definitely burned on the tips. By the looks of it they never rotated the pizza in the oven. Dough was okay. It’s stored in a fridge already rolled out, they just put the topping on top when you order it. It cook tremendously fast. I want to say it was under 10 minutes. This is why I think the bottom never got the change to fully cook. Sauce had some tang to it. It has little chunks of onions and tomato.

Alright Frankie, rookie move forgetting to take a picture. The cheese was plentiful, the crust was crisp and blackened well. Flop was minimal and flavor was above average. Only bad thing was the undercarriage has sesame seeds or something. I prefer a bare ass

Immediately failed the flop test, but pretty good over all, wish the base had a little more structure to it. Lots of cheese! Cheese was mixed with onions which gave it a pretty solid taste, sauce is more zesty than sweet. Over all 7.1

Alright One Bite! Cheese was very solid and cooked with fresh ingredients. Crisp was on point. Also had the Mama Jama(4 meat) pizza, which was very good. Double 8.6! That’s the review.

Been hearing great things about this place, so had to try it out and it did not disappoint. Nice and thin with a good tang sauce. One bite everyone knows the rules and score is 8.0- not a rookie score

Tough review. Pizza was great, but a few complaints. Sauce is too tangy, it leaves a long after taste. Super floppy, and not quite enough cheese. Higher rating is because it’s better than most places in the area, so I’d like to see it thrive.

There’s an insane amount of love in this sauce, and the dough is thin, crispy perfection. Sooo much love goes into these brick oven wood fired CT style pizza and it shows. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.
