Corner Slice

7.0 is not a rookie score, I don’t care what Dave says. 7.0 is not the same as 7. Yet I digress. The operative word here is crunch. The crust has a tight crumb that is unforgiving when paired with the level of crispiness found on the undercarriage. Nonetheless it’s a flavorful slice that is obviously quality-centered. The cheese comes through as a real winner - especially on the white slice. And, of course, I love the fresh basil. A quality spot for Gotham market
