Cortese Restaurant

Very nice establishment in a rougher part of town. Great for a anniversary dinner or special event for sure more of an entree place than a pizza place. Detroit Chicago square style not round. Nice thicccc fluffy crust sauce and cheese were both mediocre at best. Again very nice establishment will be back for a family dinner where I’ll drink a glass of wine with my pinky up . Also family owned place so it’s a good one to support.

100% better than chain pizza but it is what to expect from an Italian restaurant first. Pizza second restaurant.

Square slice with a bit of flop to it. Well done cheese look. Sauce is dynamite with a slight tang and Italian seasoning. Cheese is on point. Very good tray slice from this East Side institution.

This hmmmm idk I just can’t put a finger to it sauce is like very tricky can’t tell if it’s made fresh or from a can of chef boyardee also to chewy. It’s weird. They better off serving other dishes
