This mini chain pizzeria has a few Hudson Valley locations. We chose the Woodbury location. I was expecting a fancy brick oven hipster pie. What I was served was a crispy flavorful crust. The sauce was slightly runny but tasty with a good mix of sweetness and seasoning. It was a little heavy on the basil. Next time I will pass on grass. The cheese was firm and fresh without a hint of grease that you would find from the cheaper places. As I uncomfortably stared at other patrons food, even the Italian staples of chicken park and baked ziti looked appetizing. Reasonably priced and I highly recommend.
