Cosimo's Pizza Cafe

This is a tough one to judge. Sauce on the plain slice is very good, rustic taste. Goes well with the cheese, and the undercarriage is on par. But the crust is plain and underwhelming, typical of many slices in the Philadelphia area. The crust & dough flavor will drive down this overall score, but this is a very cool slice shop offering many classic and unique options.

Good crust, sauce could use more flavor.
