It was good pizza, sauce on the sweet side but not to sweet. Cup pepperonis on the pepperoni pizza was a plus, but we always only grade cheese pizzas for reviews. My motto is if the cheese pies aren’t any good then everything else fails. Pie was light, crispy, and not bloating at all. Pizza was decent, nothing big to brag about but I’d eat it again.

Good looking cheese pie. Nice thin crust and good looking undercarriage. Sauce was good, not bitter, not overly sweet. Also got the Centrella, also a good pie

The best pizza in the area. Classic NY style. Very thin with a nice light crisp. No flop at all, good crisp undercarriage. Could use a touch more sauce. The sauce has a tang to it. You need to come here from an hour away for this pie.

Great ratios. Sauce has mixture of sweet and tang. Undercarriage is always slightly crunchy. Dough has excellent flavor and texture. Minimal flop too. One of the best pizzas on the gulf coast.

Nice char from 550* gasser. Crust was airy with chew. Sauce was sweet, nice cheese blend with good tug. All toppings fresh and plentiful.

I tried the cheese pizza just like Dave does that was a 8.1. The Sinatra was a solid 9.5 and the meat lovers was also a 9+. Great stuff we ate there two nights in a row.
