One Bite! Everybody knows the rules. Excellent undercarriage. Major flop tho. But I'm OK with that because it has a generous amount of sauce and it's super thin. Apizza style. Sauce, EVVO & a small amount of Parmesan. Excellent crust. One of the best coal fired, I've had. It would be a 7.6. But the box top makes it worth a little more.

Very good pizza. Got the New Haven and Foundation (cheese). Both very good crust and zero flop. Easily the best pizza in pigeon forge/gatlinburg. Worth the stop if pizza is on your mind.

Ordered both the Newhaven APizze style and traditional cheese. Good sauce, no flop and crunchy crust. Traditional was excellent, Newhaven was OK if you like tomato pie.

Very good, but in my opinion it is very thin, too thin, you can have a bigger/ thicker pizza while still maintaining its integrity and having little flop. Has the potential to reach 8s if it was just bigger!

Crust is just OK. Greasy and lacking in flavor. Bumped up a few points just for the WV connection, but they should loose the Country Roads or do better!

My first New Haven Apizza I’ve ever had and let me tell you it did not disappoint. If you’re in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, this is a must. I tried a whole slew of different pizzas on their broad menu and I was pleased with each and every one that I tried. But stand out for me was the New Haven. It was light with a good crisp, the sauce had a great tang to it that wasn’t too much. Also the amount of sauce on it was very pleasant. Definitely will be back when I visit the area again
