Pizza Review
Better than average Neapolitan pie. Loved the crust, definitely the best part of this pie. Followed next by the sauce, that wet and sweet sauce you know I’m into. The undercarriage was impressive with some solid cheetah print burn marks, but could have had a little less flop. This is a pizza you need to eat right out of the oven, if it sits for more than 10 minutes it starts to get a bit chewy. Wouldn’t go far out of my way for this pie, but definitely glad it’s around the corner from me.
