Better than average Neapolitan pie. Loved the crust, definitely the best part of this pie. Followed next by the sauce, that wet and sweet sauce you know I’m into. The undercarriage was impressive with some solid cheetah print burn marks, but could have had a little less flop. This is a pizza you need to eat right out of the oven, if it sits for more than 10 minutes it starts to get a bit chewy. Wouldn’t go far out of my way for this pie, but definitely glad it’s around the corner from me.

The cheese is super fresh and good. Sauce and cheese wanted to slide off the crust. Leoparding was minimal. I bet if the oven surface was better preheated you would get a better undercarriage, toppings that stick, and a surfboard slice. Come for the pizza; stay for the beer.

Not sure if floppy and crispy is an oxymoron or not but that defines this pie. Great taste, just a bit greasy. Place was poppin!

Quality pizza. Pretty light. Fat boy like me could crush two of these. Pretty standard, but very good.

Very solid pie. Not a huge Neapolitan guy, but this was unique - larger than average slice for neapolitan, good crunch on crust with the traditional soupy center.

Flop, grease. Crust has the look with wood fire char but no crisp. The sauce gets a 💯! These mozz is fresh and tasty. The vibe is great and the Craft 64 “in house” beer is memorable! The bartender/waiter is borderline d-bag who had no idea what a “gold medal slice” could be! He lightened up when we were close to checking out.

Toppings are great sauce is there I had both the red and the garlic sauce. Both very good. Big plus for having the chard flavor of the wood smoke in the crust. Sausage is awesome highly recommend it. Smoke house white is the pizza we had, took the onions off and then added sausage to it really good!!!

Good quality, great dough, great service, little light on the cheese, very good ingredients overall. We got the fico and aji as well. I liked the atmosphere, heart of dt scottsdale
