Craft Pizza

Not feeling too great after my second vax shot but this Za helped

I got the Plain Jane 14” but they sell many different pizzas. My pizza was very good, especially the crust. That said, I’m a bit surprised that Dave gave it a 7.7 because it was extremely cheesy and oily. It could’ve benefited from a bit more tang too. Nevertheless it’s a really good spot in Wicker Park.

Crust was a bit chewy but had nice char on the bottom. Would need to try this again as take out instead of delivery since it suffered from delivery sogginess.

Good crust, great tang to the sauce. Best slice in the area.

Solid slice the crust is good with a little char taste. Overall it is a little too greasy but the sauce and cheese compliment one another without overwhelming the slice

Decent, bit of a wicker park flop. I’d do it again.

Less is more. Got food delivery and showed up cold. I could see a solid warm slice being higher(maybe mid 7 range). But also good cold pizza hungover.

Good slice. Good sauce/cheese ratio. Reheated to warm up, gave it a nice crisp. Definitely would try more pizzas.

good hearty sauce. nice crispy crust. too much flop on the slice.
