Craft Pizza

Fantastic pizza. The dough is very thin and the sauce and cheese have great seasoning and flavor. It’s a very light pizza and has a great undercarriage. The one issue is that the front half of a slice has severe flop, and needs two hands to support eating the first half of a slice.

Undercarriage could’ve been better. They got some tangy sauce. Crust was a little chewy. Inside was pretty nice. Overall pretty good pizza it’s a 7.4.

Doesn’t look as good as it tastes in this photo. This was 100% my style of pizza. Sicilian pie with very good crust and well done on the bottom. I loved this pie. Also cost $16 for an 18” after tax. Very good all the way around. One of the best in Chicago.

Overall really good pizza. Crust had a really good crunch and sauce was incredible.

Super fresh ingredients sauce has a good tang a little bit of flop but the taste is great and the crust is crispy. Owner is also super nice.

Cheese wasn’t great and there was too much of it, not a good sauce ratio. Major flop. Very greasy. Not a travel pizza
