Crispina Ristorante & Pizzeria

Good pizza, pepperoni was a little mild.

Wood burning brick oven, chars the airy crust nicely. Thin crust could be cooked a bit more in the middle and I like more cheese vs sauce. Flavorful sauce and tasty cheese. Pizzaiola cooked the pizzas consistently and the owner really cared that each customer had a great experience.

Really great pizza.

Good flavor needs to be cooked longer for a crispier bottom.

Good crust. Not enough structure. Sauce is a bit too sweet but overall a pretty good pizza.
