Crispy Basil Artisan Pizza - Albany

Review update: I went back because good opened under new management. What a disappointment. The pizzas now uninspired, basic, salty, and lacking in any other flavors. I won’t be going back. Previous review on 11/8/18: Little bit of grease. Good crisp on the bottom. Tasty cheese. Nice sauce. Much better than the Latham location, night and day. 7.7

Note: Aggregate score based on the Latham location. Not Alb. Some of the better football pizza in the Latham area. Almost edges on fancy pizza. But not quite. Bit greasy. Tons of NY flop. But full of flavor and crispy crust. Pic is of a CBR from here. Review is of plain cheese. CBR is a 8.1 on a scale of local CBR’s. Full transparency- go pick this shit up if you can. Delivery can take an hour plus on an avg. Sunday. 1.5+ on a football Sunday. Call like a month ahead on the Super Bowl or it just won’t show up. 9/10 deliveries have showed up cold.
