Probably the best Neapolitan around. Crispy as the name implies. Top notch ingredients. Portnoy’s 6.8 base for Neapolitans is a bit ludicrous

Crispy goodness! Just the right amount of char in this ancient dough recipe! The burrata was amazing! Excellent balance of sweet and salty! A bit messy though!
