Cristino's Coal Oven Pizza

Solid pie. Fresh taste and good flavor. Definitely deserves a score in the 8s.

Good flavor but zero crispy undercarriage like I like.

Best pizza in Florida? I think so! It could have used a bit more sauce but otherwise I’m not complaining. Crust was perfect, with very little flop.

Thought it’d be crispier being coal oven but the sauce brings it into the 8s. Curious what Dave graded it

Very good. Not my favorite style. Margarita pizza, I didn’t like the basil on top. Light pizza, tangy sauce, and amazing crust.

Lived in Florida all my life. Most pizza here is trash but cristinos is my go to. Definitely worth a drive of up to an 1hr

I’ve had this pizza probably 5 times now. Consistently fantastic. Would recommend. This is a “margarita” add sausage and bacon.

This pizza was fantastic. The tangy sauce, flavorful crust, and using slices of cheese that gives that picturesque pull and better flavor. Also, the waiter up-sold me on the gelato, which is also delicious. But, this was not proper coal-fired pizza. Very blonde cook. Well, at least that was the case for me. As I was leaving the restaurant, my disappointment continued. The table next to me received their pie and it appeared to be cooked perfectly with amazing char. If my pie was cooked like that, easy 8+ score. So, I’m leaving this place a little bummed that my pizza was undercooked, but consoling myself with this amazing gelato. Hopefully will return for a re-rate in the future.
