Extremely good pie. Initially I thought the cheese wouldn't be great, it had an okay layer of grease. Turned out to be great cheese. Would have been higher if the sauce got more love. Definitely would return, definitely would drive 10 minutes out of the way for it.

Pretty decent pizza. Definitely something you may sometimes grab coming back from ELDO. Not something your gonna drive up canyon to snag. Cheese is not as flagrant. Not and 8.1 for sure though.

Smoky Neapolitan style crust, fancy 10 inch pie which comes in higher than most such pies. Good flavor on the cheese, sauce tangy and a bit acidic but overall a good pie
