Okay- since I am the first person to rate “the best pizza in Manila” I figure I would provide more context than normal. Okay the cheese pie is basic but theirs international rules outside of US and Italy that applies here. Given where I am the dough is great. I also got a pepperoni Sicilian pie and let me tell you it was actually better than the traditional. Overall, worth the trip and can’t imagine it getting better than this in the Philippines but ya never know.
