Hot from the oven. A little wet. Sauce/grease on top, soaked in as it cooled off and it started to set up.
Thin bottom, good handle bubble crust with a little char. Middle was a little soggy and I wanted the bottom to have a little more crisp, outside edge was good, soft and chewy center with a crunchy outer. Crust could use a little more flavor, def fresh tho.
Good tang on the sauce, good flavor, a little salty maybe. High quality ingredients.
Solid artisanal pizza, definitely above average for the area. Would get this again.
