Crust Pizzeria Napoletana Vienna (Vera Pizza certified Pizzeria)

Certified Assozione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) pizza. Authentic Napoletana pizza has more sauce than cheese so has to be smaller in size (here 12") to prevent pie from being too soggy. Also not good to leave this one in box for delivery service. Better to order one of their other pizzas for delivery. Great crisp. Little flop. Charcoal undercarriage.

Pizzas are really small - had to order 4 for 3 people. Customer service was good. First day in Virginia from Connecticut (Pizza (& Basketball) capitol of the World) so kinda hard to top that

A bit underwhelming given price. Bland and soggy middle. Sauce watery instead of robust. Was expecting more. I can see why they try to get you to tip at counter.

Unlimited flop. Infinite flip. Pros: lot of tang in the sauce. It’s a good sauce. Good flavor. Little bit of char. Cons: you can’t pick it up. This gets a 0.0 for crispness. The dough is very thin but no crisp and the crust is think also no crisp. Tastes ok, texture is a miss. That’s the review. 6.8.

Sweet sauce, minimal flop, simple and delicious. My go to Margherita in Northern, VA

Born and Raised in NYC - moved out to Ashburn VA and while finding a home I stood at the Residence Inn because it was right across the street from this place. Best pizza by far in VA so far... doesnt touch Patsy's in East Harlem... but who does???

Bolognese was solid, little greasy but no flop. Nice char!

A1 Steak Sauce on this one chief. Mad decent.

Authentic & made from fresh high quality ingredients. I prefer to request “well done or crispy” to get that nice crisp texture.
