Crust Simply Italian

I lived in Long Island and moved out here 10 years ago. Now that’s the closest thing to Long Island New York Style pizza I’ve ever had out here. Great environment for food and friends they even have a speak easy downstairs! Bomb Diggity

This was an interesting pizza. It comes out in halves. I’m not real sure about the science behind this, but nonetheless, it was a really good pie. We had asked for it to be cooked well done, but it came out pretty much like a normal pizza. With that being said, I still very much enjoyed the texture of the crust and the flavor of the sauce. It all tasted very fresh. I think of this pizza was cooked more to my liking, I would’ve bumped the score even higher, it’s that good.

Best Pizza I’ve had outside of NYC. I think it’s better than Pizzeria Bianco in downtown Phoenix. I’ve had John’s of Bleecker Street in NYC, that’s the God of pizza, the Uncle Louie from Crust in Chandler AZ gets to be in the same room as the pizza at John’s.

Best pizza I’ve had in south Phoenix area. Something special about the crust, ingredients super fresh. Filling and doesn’t weigh you down.

The floppiest pizza I ever came across. I tried to take the picture before the flop and slide of the cheese, but the cheese wasn’t having it. It slid off like it was on a slide at the water park. I walked in the place and I was the only customer in there. I ordered two cheese slices. They gave me two pepperoni. I thought with a name like Crust it would’ve been better. In my opinion, don’t waste your money.

Sorry, forgot to take a picture. Had the individual size Margherita, and damn. Very good sauce and crust was perfect. Maybe a bit too crisp on the outside to the point where it was more of a cracker texture but it was delicious. Will definitely be showing this place off to some friends and family.

I like Crust alot. Great restaraunt, they have other good things as well as the pizza. And they have nice lunch specials. The actual Pizza itself however is not my favorite, but it is good. Real fresh ingredients you can tell

Great pizza. New York flop was just enough. Little bit of grease. Crust was charred well. Sauce was tangy and there was a generous amount of cheese. Really loved this pizza.

Palermo Pizza

Perfectly balanced flavors, crisp crust, so fresh I’m convinced the tomatoes were picked this morning. Fresh mozzarella and garlic make this pizza amazing!
