Crust Wood Fired Pizza

Stumbled across the spot on tour! It was a cool little pizza spot with a bar, nice atmosphere. Their wood fired pizzas are very good. The crust is super thin and crispy and has the perfect flop. 12” is a great size for one person too. Friendly staff and nice bar setting. I would go back if I were in the area.

Great crust from Crust was expected. The great tomato sauce and toppings was not as expected. I wish the toppings stayed on my meal a little better but great pie all in all. Also the Peroni boosts the score .1

The char they get on the crust is phenomenal. However, major flop in the middle that gives it the Wood Fired/ Neapolitan vibe… Great sauce but the cheese to sauce ratio needs to be tweaked. If they could get the crisp of the crust for the entire pie and a little less cheese and more sauce… much higher score!

Fries and salad were great A+++. But this is a pizza review. Pizza was soupy and not super flavorful. Undercarriage was pale and soft.

Major flop, not great cheese to sauce ratio and I didn’t care for the actual taste of the cheese. Pepperonis were more like salami. I was expecting better.

Great flavor, great crust, always have consistent pies, my 2nd fav pie in Charleston. Go here

Great sauce and crisp. Got olive oil which made it a little greasy but great flavor and crunch. Highly recommend

Nice crust, simple but tasty

Good bar pie. Crust was a little chewy and sauce was tomatoee. Good cheese and not to many spices.

made a very custom pizza with no mishaps, good pesto, any pizza place that has pineapple is a plus

Specialty pizza of the day. Sausage, onions, basil, red onions, green and red bell Peppers.

Crust is amazing. Sauce is above average. Cheese is fresh but there’s not enough of it. Overall not a bad deal. Just leaves you wanting more.

Other than the salami on the pizza, this is just Digiorno in disguise.

The flop wasn’t bad on my pizza although I’ve read reviews where that wasn’t the case at this place. I got pepperoni and the only downside to the pizza was the crust being a little harder to chew. The pepperoni they use was amazing though.

Good for a wood fire pizza. Was expecting a little bit more crisp due to it being pretty thin but overall pretty pizza
