Cruze Farm Pizza Barn

Solid pizza. Crunchy and good sauce.

Didn’t seem like this was the usual suspects for Cruze but man this was not a good pie. It needed the pat down of a lifetime just to be edible and then it just flat out stunk.

This pizza is super good. Light and crispy crust. The edges almost have a New York style thickness but it’s not doughy. The cheese is spectacular. The sauce had it had more flavor would have made it into the 8s but wasn’t quite what I love. Bottom had the perfect char but wasn’t an overwhelming profile. Definitely recommend!

Can tell they make dairy here. The cheese is good, crust is decent, ingredients decent. Gave the chocolate milk a 7.8

Unholy amount of flop but super tasty

the barn seems like the child that got less attention than the ice cream. pepperonis had solid crunch, minimal flop, felt like i was eating a whole pie of cheese sticks. dave must’ve had too much cream

Crust light. Sauce slightly sweet. Cheese and Pepperoni are quality. Shopped here based on Dave’s review. In town for business. Good choice!!

The first time I went there pizza was great. Cheese tasted really fresh. I had to get back. The second time not as great but they were unexpectedly busy so I take that into account. Good pizza. Far better then a lot in Knoxville

Not the best pie I’ve had from here. That being said still a solid place for a damn good pie
