Going by the eye test, it looks like it should be a delicious pizza; unfortunately, looks can be deceiving. This pie was so undercooked it tasted like I was eating melted cheese over raw dough. Zero crisp, I had to dust the flour off my shirt after each bite. The cheese has nice texture but not much taste. The sauce was practically flavorless. Maybe asking for it well done would help boost the score but the overall taste isn’t worth trying again. Very disappointing on all levels.
