Eye test- fair
Ratio- about as perfect as you can get. Crust may be a tad too thick, if at all
Execution- good, no complaints. Overall, it’s virtually impossible to fault this slice
Dough- exceptional crisp, average taste
Sauce- pretty generic but hard to fault. Not a lot of sweetness or spices, just enough flavor to put this in the land of slightly above average
Cheese- ditto. Texture and taste just a hair above average. Common cheese for football pie.
It’s so hard to find good pizza so I’m struggling to rate this. Definitely not exceptional but executed perfectly for football pie with standard, less than world class ingredients. I don’t know the neighborhood but it’s doubtful you can do better. Not travel worthy.
