Lots of flop, and it’s real loose. Could have been cooked a little longer. No crisp and a little chew to it.

Needed a few more minutes in the oven. Floppy, no crisp. Soggy.

Great wood fired pie. Nothing bad to say about it. Definitely worth checking out. Great pizza, great atmosphere.

The only thing that would take this from a 7.2 to an 8.5 would be crisp. Leave it in a bit longer.

After having pizza in NY week prior, I’m grading on a high curve. It is very fresh but is light on cheese and sauce. They are pretty overpowered by dough.
