So, there is good pizza in Missouri after all. Rumor has it they import the water from Long Island and i can almost buy it by the texture of the crust, more crispy than it looks. Good flavor in the sauce with just the right amount of cheese. I can be happy eating this once a month when i go to Springfield!

True New York style, crust is amazing.

I really wanted to like this one. The sauce is good, but they need to add more, to really be able to taste it. I liked the idea of them re-crisping the slices before they hand them to you and the crust, itself, was fine. The real tragedy here is that cheap-ass cheese. This is that same plastic shit quality of cheese that is used at Pizza House, the absolute worst pizza I've ever eaten (and that included frozen ones). If they added a bit more sauce and spent a few cents more per-pound on a quality mozzarella, they'd have a pie worth writing home about. I really want to have a pie in Springfield worth taking out-of-town folk to. Sadly, the search continues....

Good pizza! One of the better ones we have tried around here. Good crisp, not excessively cheesy, good sauce and not too greasy. Worth the out of the way stop.

First of all, I have never encountered a bad slice of pizza. Secondly, while I think this is decent/good pizza, there is plenty of room for improvement. The crust is crisp, but it's also on the chewy side. The sauce doesn't stand out enough and the cheese could use an upgrade. Dont get me wrong, it's not a gross pie, I could eat a whole pizza. Mine had zero flop, was fresh, and was fairly priced. 6.2 and that's a review.

Alright Frankie, Lots of flop but still a little crisp. Not a slice you drive out of your way for, but still it was good. I would love to try their Stromboli but there were none ready. I opted for the pepperoni pin wheels and those were fire, 7.6 on the pin wheels. That’s a review.

Thick crust cooked medium. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Minimal flop and not too greasy. Good pie.

Pretty good pizza. Nothing like actual east coast pizza which is what I grew up with, but not bad for the Midwest America where nobody really knows good pizza or italian
