Pizza Review
Ok, so most of the reviews here are fucked. This pizza is bangin. Check my resumé. I’m a seasoned vet when it comes to pizza. I don’t know if it was because the owner made this pie, or I just came on the right day, but this is some of the best pizza I have had in the Capital Region. It actually might be my favorite spot so far and I’ve tried most of them. The service was great and the pizza was better. It’s Wood-Fired and crispier than the girls underwear that Portnoy hangs out with (vaginal discharge). The dough was super thin and had plenty of character. The Sauce was a simple tomato sauce. It wasn’t overpowered by Italian seasoning or a shit load of sugar (I do like slightly sweet sauces though). It’s just a simple tomato sauce with a good amount of tang/zing leaning more toward zing.The ratios of the cheese and sauce for the thinness of it were pretty darn good too. The guy who put this pie together knows his shit. You can tell that it’s made by someone who actually cares and has a passion for what they do unlike most garbage ass pizza joints around here. Oh! by the way, the slices were fuckin huge. Give this place a shot.
