Custom Crust Kitchen

Very good pizza with zero flop and extra crispy crust at the edge. The pepperoni was not bad but not great. I prefer cup and char. I think the sauce holds this pizza back from being great. It has too strong of a flavor and takes away from the overall experience. The chef was awesome and grated fresh Parmesan on as the pizzas came out of the oven. You can tell he really cares about the food he’s making.
