Pizzeria Da Baffetto

Pizzeria Da Baffetto was truly one of my food highlights in Rome. I loved its thin and crispy style and its firm undercarriage. The cheese and sauce were also very tight and structured. Lastly, its history and atmosphere was another unique strength that is unmatched. It most definitely fulfilled the Roman style and is an all time favorite of mine within the region!

The flavor and topping options are exceptional. Unfortunately the pizza baffetto I received was charred on a third of the edges. The flop, perfect. Cannot wait to come back here if I’m ever in Rome again.

Super crisp, wafer thin excellent flavour, will definitely return.

A very thin and crispy dough but a lack in taste makes it loose a lot of points ! Eating topping out of crispy paper is what it feels like ! Too bad for a great pizzeria that does not uprgrade its game...
