Da' Crust Pizza and Kitchen

I ordered the award winning pizza. Da’Winner. It came with sausage and garlic. The pizza was hand tossed. The sausage had an excellent taste. Definitely not your run of the mill sausage. As you eat a piece the garlic certainly makes itself known. Love the mixed aroma of both sausage and garlic. The owner, Frank, happened to be there when I picked up the pizza. He graciously said hello and we spoke briefly. Very nice man. He opened the pizza box to show me his masterpiece. The crust looked like it had been been brushed with a touch of oil or butter. It looked golden and delightful. The taste did not let you down. A solid pie. I asked for the bottom of my pizza to be well done and Frank delivered. The cheese was a bit different than most I could detect a conglomeration of different types of cheese in the mix. I will definitely come back. I want to try the East Coast thin crust cheese pizza. Cuz that’s in my opinion the best way to judge a great pizza.
