Cheese comes melted and in great proportion to the sauce. Lotta flop and a pretty soft undercarriage. We were pretty upset with the 12 slices on a 16” pizza (felt like a kids birthday party). All around, good ‘za.

Just average. Especially for a New Haven pie.

Awesome tasting sauce and a great crust, but a little floppy overall
