The upside down here is real. Looked through all the reviews and didn’t see anybody discuss this slice. It is heavy, so expect to be full. Just as good as DOP.

Cheese was a bit too gummy for me. Bread was chewy and had no crunch til the crust. Still better than anything outside NYC.

Great flavor but so floppy it’s impossible to hold

This slice is all crust and cheese. With some sauce this is a solid 7 slice however how as it sits it falls short.

It feels like my slice was reheated in the microwave. No flop, but a mushy middle, bland cheese, no taste on with the sauce, and no crisp to the crust. Maybe the Prez got lucky or I just got unlucky with a reheat.

Really good sauce for this football pizza. Crust is a little dry which keeps it from getting into the 8s

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. I don't know why—I was probably high. This showed up. Heavy as hell, way too much cheese, bread-like crust. For some reason, the chicken on this is breaded. I've never heard of breaded buffalo chicken, have you? The absolute worst part is that much of the pizza was covered in stray breading rather than chicken. Overall mouthfeel is "mush." A burden to eat. I have a few slices in my freezer now that I'll probably only eat in the event of nuclear winter.

Walked out and had some person watching me do the review the whole time. After I finished he asked what I gave it and I said 7.5. Immediately he said that’s what Portnoy gave it. Guess the pres and I are in similar wave lengths with the reviews. Nice hot pizza, but the base was a bit thin for my liking. Crust was solid and brought the score up for me

Light & airy, soft & thin, with dough that doesn’t taste like your typical NYC slice. It definitely has a buttery garlic flavor that is actually quite tasty. The cheese & sauce are pretty average; not to say that’s bad, this is just a real pizza’s pizza. This pie is basically on par with the dollar slice shops, but this would be the absolute best among those dollar slice pies. It’s not great pizza but it’s very serviceable; definitely gets the job done. A little too pricey for a slightly above average pie though. If you’re in Brooklyn, either pay for quality or just dollar slice it rather than shell out over $20 for a little better than mediocre pizza.
