Da Oliva Concettina ai Tre Santi

One bite everybody knows the rules. We were told to get them before 7pm or after 10pm because the lines would be long to get in. Imagine lines to get pizza in Naples! We got there at 4:45. Wasn’t open until 5 but they seated us and we ordered a bottle of wine. We ordered the pizza and it too 5 minutes and it was on the table. No flop! Crust was crunchy but chewy, to San Marzano tomatoes were tangy but slightly sweet and nothing beats fresh Buffalo mozzarella! It was pizza perfection! It became my favorite. Recently it was recognized by Michelin in 2018 as one of the top pizza places in Naples! We had the pizza in 2016. I would recommend any visiting Naples to check it out. It is located in a neighborhood and not on the tourist trail!
