Very soft and kinda messy. It’s not my favorite, the sauce is unique but not great. Ughhh

Rookie score for some rookie pizza

Pepperoni has a nice crisp but that’s all. Dough is undercooked and hardly any crunch, even when bitting into the crust. Sauce is not bad but and could use more of it. Cheese also needs to be melted more.

Sauce was very good, a little doughy ( buffalo style) good cheese flavor.

Almost there! I call this “don’t need teeth to eat” slice. Literally needs 5 more minutes in the oven. The pepperoni is fantastic, the dough would be great if it was cooked a little longer, the sauce is good. This could easily be an 8.
