Danielle's Wood Fired Pizza

Wood fired with white oak, tremendous flavor, pepperonis cup, great cheese to sauce ratio. Not sure if it’s naturally leavened dough or not but has a good Crispiness and flavor to it.

Solid NY style pizza. A lot of flop so if you like crispy you’re just going to want to go ahead and order well done up front. They have an on-point calzone game, as well.

They aren’t trying to be the best at what they do. That’s clear.

Got a margarita with sausage. Taste is on point. Ingredients are very solid. Crust is tasty. Only drawback is that the dough is very soft. It turns into a flop fest when you pick it up. Classic cheese is probably better. Dough prevents it from hitting the 7s.

Solid LA slice. Very crisp crust. Grease level is high, non crust floppy. Would recommend for a good slice.

Alright Frankie, I’m not gonna lie to ya, this is a good pie- decent pie. Sauce game is strong, little peppery and a little tangy spicy with some notes of basil. Off to a good start. The pizza we ordered - straight cheese. And they didn’t skimp. It was gooey and melty and made my heart sing. Only downfall - there was flop, a lot of it. The sauce and cheese weighed so much the dough never had a chance. I will say however, that the semolina flour on the bottom gave it a good crunch and the crust didn’t disappoint either. Flavor was bananas, real good flavor. Can’t get into the 8’s with that much flipping and flopping but a decent pie and high score respectively

Just a damn good slice of pizza. The first bite was floppy and soggy but the rest was very crispy. Delicious sauce. Can really taste the wood fire in it. $3.50 for a pretty damn small slice tho. BRUTAL. (Definitely affected the score)
