Solid grandma pie, easily could have been a 7.8 if they didn’t use canned tomatoes(at least drain them and chop them with some olive oil) or even just use canned san marzano tomatoes would greatly improve. Crust is nice and crispy no flop.

Classic NJ plain slice, just the right thickness in the dough. Good flavor in the cheese and sauce, nice crunch on the crust. Only negative was it came out a little soft on the undercarriage. My specialty slice surprised me by having no flop, though. Worth a stop if you’re looking for food not far off the highway.

Ordered two personal specialty pies (Chicken pesto and vodka sauce). For a personal pizza, El Pres says it needs to be crispy, and this was not crispy at all. Lots of flop, especially on the chicken pesto one. The chicken pesto was also somewhat oily but that’s probably because of the pesto. The vodka pie wasn’t greasy, but it still had flop. Flavor on both was pretty good, that keeps it higher than a 6. But no higher than a 7. Definitely won’t order the chicken pesto again, and next time I’ll get a plain pie. I might revisit this review if it warrants editing from the plain slice

Floppy, a bit heavy but really good football pizza. Bonus round... sicilian slice. Light crust, good undercarriage, great taste! 7.9 (sicilian)
