The regular slice had a fantastic char on the crust, great undercarriage but enough grease to leave your hands a mess. 6.9 The Buffalo chicken slice is dynamite, a must have! The wing sauce has full heat, I taste some blue cheese and the chicken was great! 9.1

The crust and garlicky tang to the sauce make me take notice. The crust I got on my slice was above average. Lots of microblisters, char on the bottom, delicate chew, and light crispiness to it. Not saying this is an incredible slice just on that. But it’s a bit more distinctive given the crust and the garlicky sauce. I wish there was more of it even at the expense of the cheese. Though I get garlic heavy is not everyone’s thing. This was my Dad’s choice pizzeria in Mahopac, at least. Rest in peace.

Served very warm in 2-3 minutes. Mild flop with amazing sauce. The sauce has hints of lemon and is well seasoned with very little tang. The mozzarella is decent at best and a little soupy. Better than average crust and the dough is not horrible. The only thing wrong with this slice is the lack of salt and the flavors are not consistent throughout the whole slice. If the cheese / sauce / seasoning ratio were more balanced this would have been a 7.8. Solid Slice!

Flavors are unbelievable it’s so delicious

Technically no flop, but I could see it was wiggling like it wanted to - I just had a good pizza grip on it. Crust was chewy as a mother. I felt like a dog with a chew toy ruff ruff. You may say hey, if the crust was that bad how is this an 8, 2? The sauce, my friend, is impeccable. With a hint of lemon, this sauce alone brings this slice all the way sky high. Cheese was cool too, but the sauce is the star of the show. Just watch out for that cement crust!

Nice amount of sauce, crust has excellent flavor. Average football pizza.
